Privacy Policy

GOAT Group is the trading name of Andrii Piatkevych, an individual seller, who is responsible for your data (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what data we collect when you use our Canva apps and websites, and why.

What we collect

• Canva identifiers — an anonymous user ID and team ID provided by Canva, used to link your subscription and usage to your Canva account. We don’t receive your Canva password or profile.
• Usage counts — how many generations you used each month, to apply plan limits.
• Billing details — collected and processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. We receive your email, subscription status and plan; we never see your full card details.
• Technical data — standard server logs (IP address, browser) kept for security and debugging.

Images you edit are processed in your browser and are not uploaded to our servers.

How we use it

To provide the apps, apply plan limits, process payments via Paddle, support you and prevent abuse. We don’t sell your data or use it for advertising.

Retention

We keep billing records as required for accounting and tax. Usage counts are kept while you use the app. If you uninstall an app, any active subscription for it is cancelled at the end of its paid period.
