Terms of Service

GOAT Group is the trading name of Andrii Piatkevych, an individual seller (“we”, “us”). These terms govern your use of our apps and websites, including our Canva apps (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these terms.

The Service

Our apps run inside Canva and are subject to Canva’s own terms. Each app offers a free plan with a monthly usage limit and optional paid subscriptions with higher limits and extra features, as described on the app’s pricing page.

Subscriptions and payment

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

• Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until cancelled.
• Prices are shown before purchase; applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.
• You can cancel at any time from the app (“Manage subscription”). Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
• Plan changes take effect immediately and are prorated.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the Service: no attempts to bypass usage limits, reverse engineer, overload or disrupt the Service, and no use that breaks the law or Canva’s policies. We may suspend access for abuse.

Your content

You keep all rights to the images and designs you create. Images are processed in your browser to apply effects; we don’t claim ownership of your content.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available but don’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted. We may change features or these terms; material changes will be posted on this page.

Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
